Cyclone Nilofar approaches India's Gujarat state

Authorities in India have alerted fishermen going out into the sea as a powerful cyclone is heading for the western coast. Cyclone Nilofar, categorised as "severe" by weather forecasters, is expected to hit the western state of Gujarat during the "next 24 hours".
